This is a brand new single head piston filler, simplex SVF1-500C volumetric filling machine, made of stainless steel, will be perfectly filling your containers with sauces, creams or liquids, And it has very reliable features and is very easy to use.
You just need to hook up this filler to your compressor and start filling. Put the intake hose directly into your tank or put material into hopper (if available), push the foot pedal to drive the piston forward then release to drive it back, the material is filled into your container accordingly. The filling volume is controlled by handle stem without tools and no need to exchange any parts if you need change the filling volume.

1. Additional filling nozzle costs US $32.00, 6mm, 8mm,10mm, and 12mm are available.
* The diameter of the nozzle should be correctly selected to provide a smooth flow. When the nozzle diameter matches the surface tension of the product, a film or bubble is naturally formed in the tip of the nozzle at the end of each fill. This keeps any material left in the nozzle from dripping out. If the nozzle diameter is too large, the film can not form and there may be a few drips at the end of each fill.
