This Used Hobart 8181-D Commercial Buffalo Chopper . It was plugged in and the motor was tested to make sure it's chopping efficiently. The safety feature was then checked to verify the motor doesn't run while the bowl is open. The locks were then tested to make sure they are closing correctly. This Used Hobart 8181-D Commercial Buffalo Chopper passed all quality control testing and is in good working condition.
