This is a Narda Microline medium power RF bi-directional coaxial attenuator. It has the following specifications:
* Power: 20 Watt avg. 1 KW peak
* Deviation: +-0.25% DC-3GHz, +-0.5% 3-6 GHz, +-0.75% 6-11 GHz
* Connectors: Stainless Steel type "N"

As the photos demonstrate, the attenuator is in very good condition. I have checked it and verified it is in good working condition and the attenuation is 3dB out to 11GHz. No electrical short or opens.
