Ratchet style adjustment means you just dial the knob on the back of the headgear for an easy fit. Pivoting action allows user to lift faceshield up and out of the way while wearing, allowing a closer look at the workpiece. Both the Willson M86 and Pyramex S-1010 clear face shields fit this headgear.
