You are looking at a brandnew ASP duty holder set bought new this month and never used. This Plate & Paddle Sets include a SideBreak carrier with an interchangeable Belt Plate and Paddle. The carrier can be locked in five distinct positions on each belt attachment. I believe it is made for a 16 in or 21 in ASP baton. I tried it with my 21 in. and it fit fine.
