Adjustable Square tubing bender for bending 3/4" to 2" tubing up to 90 degrees (or a little more)
We Make these in house on CNC milling centers to keep the price down and the quality HI . (There not water jet or plasma cut)
With a simple shop press or a 12 or 16 ton bottle jack pipe bender one can make green house bows, truck racks, Trailer roof box, hand railings , ETC
Why spend big bucks on a expensive bender die that will only fit one size when you can get one adjustable one that will work great for 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and 2" Square tubing
By removing or adding the supplied shims to the die plates you can make it fit the tubing size you need ( but the center die plate needs to be in the center)
This die set has a 3" radius inner plate so if your bending say 1" tube you would come out with a center line bend of 3 1/2" (3" plus half the tube width)
When bending 1" tubing there will be a length change of half the tube width when going to a full 90 degree bend.
( so a 10" tube will be 10 1/2" after bending)
