The Si84xx ISOpro ultra low-power digital isolators target products that require electrical isolation to provide human and equipment safety, level shifting and/or ground-loop elimination. They are packed with the latest technological innovations to enable higher performance, greater efficiency and enhanced reliability across a broad 2.5 and 5 kV-rated isolation portfolio. They have the widest channel count, highest data rate, lowest power and highest ESD immunity.
The family s superior RF coupler architecture also outperforms other CMOS-based isolators by providing:

Also available are Si840x I2C compatible isolators with bi-directional isolated channels on both the serial data (SDA) and serial clock (SCL) lines.
