These lights are encased in plastic, waterproof etc.
They also have patches of 3M sticky type material on the back for mounting as well as a place to screw them in for further stability. They are used in the making of Channel letters as well as outdoor lighting in cafes etc.
The roll are brand new. The lights are just as pictured. They are 12 volt, alto I lit up the whole role with a 9 volt battery for the pictures.
