This is the blade/paddle that works inside the hopper of a concrete pump to "agitate" the concrete. The blade connects the short & long shafts in the hopper. These blades are not hard-faced so they do not increase wear on the hopper itself.
Note: This is only one blade. It is not a full set of 4 (2 lefts, 2 rights).
