On brochure: Dishes per Hour: 8,750 to 12,500 approx.. Tank capacity can be anywhere from 26 to 40 gallons, the brochure is for alot of models & that's what it shows. So it's only an approx, i am typing in.

2 h.p. Hobart Built, grease packed ball bearings, splashproof enclosure, ventilated design. Electric heater: 12 4500W incoloy sheathed electric heaters for total of 54KW heating capacity. Thermostatic control and seperate over temperature protection are standard.
Construction: All sheet metal construction is 16 gauge stainless steel, heliarc welded and bolted. Large sliding inspection doors 22" x 35" of 16 gauge stainless steel on each side of the machine provide access to unloading section at air nozzle area.
Overall 24 Feet Long. The A through K sizes are: 10' direction B, 14' direction C. 11' is D direction, You'd have to look at the map to see the directions. I did not measure the unit personally. Direction E is 8' 6", F is 2' 10", G is 9' 0", H is 5' 9", j is 1' 6" and K is 2' x 6 1/2".
