This is an old-but-never-used (1996 vintage) Leybold Sogevac SV16 single stage rotary vane vacuum pump.
The pump does, as shown in the pictures, have some cosmetic scuffs and scratches from being handled. The printed manual also shows some wear from being handled.

* 230 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase mains
* nominal speed: 19 m3/h (11 CFM)
* pumping speed: 17 m3/h (10 CFM)
* ultimate partial pressure without gas ballast: < 0.5 mbar (< 0.4 torr)
* ultimate total pressure with gas ballast: < 1.5 mbar (< 1.1 torr)
