DeSantis #001-S1 Holster for S&W J Frame 640 Hammerless. Will fit other hammerless J frames also. This holster has three slots so you can adjust how it rides on your belt. There is also a tension adjustment screw to control how tightly your revolver is retained. I am selling this holster as "used" but it has never been on a belt, comes in the original bag with original manufacturer's information.
Please note, I have used a replica gun in the photo to show how the hammerless J frame fits in the holster.
