This is a MSC Polish Outside Micrometer that is in the wood box.
As I don t know much about micrometers this is the only way I know how to explain it. On one side it says 0.01 and the other side says 25-50. It comes with a wrench and a 2 and a 1 spacer that doesn t look like they were ever used.
