144 Pin TQFP Thin Quad Flat Pack Adapter Board, for 0.5mm pitch devices. This board contains a 144 pin Thin Quad Flat Pack footprint, with all 144 pins traced out to plated through holes. This allows you to easily solder external connections to your 144 pin FPGA or Microcontroller chip. The board is small enough to piggyback onto another PCB. Board dimensions are 2.5 inches by 2.3 inches by .062 inches thick. Mounting holes are .122 in diameter. Recommendation for soldering: Very fine point soldering tip with .015 to .020 thin solder. Use alot of rosin, and let the solder wick off the tip of the soldering iron onto the pin.
