3-axis cnc laser stepping motor controller driver

New Model(Feb 2010) just upgraded to TB6560, the Toshiba High performance driver IC. Efficience was up from 43% (TA8435) to 85%. So, no more fan needed. Current is adjustable and step resolution is 1/16 where the old boad TA8435 could do 1/8 only. The peak current is 3.5A or 2.5A RMS. It can drive 42,47,52 series stepping motor smoothly. By the way, all componenets used on the board were taking serious consideration. High speed photocoupler is used and the PCB is RoHs grade.
The board has spindle relay buit-in and all input is optical isolated from the "outside" so that it provide a safe and faster response to your machine. Support Mach2, Mach3, ArtCam, KCam. You can apply it to a CNC machine or modify your CNC to a CO2 laser machine.
* Ugrade to Toshiba TB6560 IC
* Big Heatsink support up to 3.5A
* Built in No. 4 Axis interface
* Current adjustable: 25%,50%,75%,100%
* Resolution: 1/16,1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1
* Power: Single DC 12 ~ 24V (no 5V needed)
See the Video I was taken for a CO2 laser machine. I removed the orignal board from the laser machine and swapped it with this controller card. It's times faster with Mach3 compare to the original controller and it can do things that the orignal board can't do! (the picture shown is referrence only, it's a little different than the board you will get. The board you receive looks better!)
