HiE is High Emissivity. It's used to sense non metal surfaces.
This sensor will measure temperatures from 0 - 2500F
It can be used in areas were Ambient Temperature is under 400 F when used with air purge(low pressure air)
This sensor has a 6:1 field of view. ie. At 6" in front of the sensor, the spot size is 1" in diameter.
The body length is 2.97" long x 1.375" diamter
