Offering 6 spools of fine Plumbers candle wicking. Makes plumbing connections water tight. For faucet and valve stems; slip nuts; traps; shower heads; etc. Can be used on pipe threads instead of pipe dope or sealer. Works for slip fittings and loose threads. Wind several turns of wicking around tube just under the connecting nut and then screw up nut tightly to connection. Ideal for faucet nut packing when old packing starts to leak. Simply remove old worn packing and wind enough wicking around stem, under bonnet nut, to fill space left by old packing. Works well with vintage or modern faucets. May have other uses besides plumbing.
