This is a very high quality variable voltage and variable current DC power supply. It's excellent for recharging RC batteries where the charger requires 5 amps or less and where stable voltage up to 15 volts is required.
The voltage is variable from 0 to 30 volts and the current is also variable from 0 to 5 amps. The dual digital LCD meters display the actual voltage and current within 2.5 percent. The amps will be close to zero until an actual load is pout on the supply.
