When I'm using a Standard Tektronix X-10 probe, the X-10 part of the range switching light does work OK. This problem does not effect the operation of Channel #1. Just make sure that when using Channel #1, if the light is out, you know what the correct range selection is when using Channel #1.
Channel #2 works OK with no problem with it's light bulbs showing the different ranges when using a Tektronix X-1or X-10 probe.
As you can see from the photos, this scope is working, and I am trying to show you all the different waveforms that I applied to the display. Please Forgiven me though, as I had to change my camera's battery so that is why some of the pictures show different dates on them.
( Next Time I will reset the Date on my Camera. ) I really wanted to show the fast spike waveform on this scope and since this is hard to do with the flash of the camera I sort-of worn out the camera batteries trying to show it.
This scope also has Option # 4 added to it. From what I can tell that is some special EMI Line Filtering installed at the factory. This scope may have been used in a Lab. area, or a noisy environment and that is why this option was added. This is the first one that I have seen with this option installed.
