The new Jaccard Simply Better Meat Tenderizer features 45 sharp stainless steel blades to cut tough connective tissue. Jaccard improved on the original Supertendermatic, by adding a handy blade removal system. Unlike the original Jaccard tenderizers where a screw had to be removed to get the blade out, the Simply Better Tenderizer features a quick release mechanism that allows the blade unit to lift up out of the handle for easy cleaning. Same Jaccard quality in an easier to clean model.
