The IDXII supply combines an arc supply, filament supply, and magnetic solenoid supply into one common-chassis power supply unit. It is designed for use with an implanter. It provides simple control with an external interconnect and a compact design for simple installation. The IDXII uses three independently regulated power supplies to provide arc, filament, and solenoid power. The three supplies use a pulse-width-modulated switching technology that minimizes total unit size while increasing efficiency. Both voltage and current are displayed on the front panel and through the rear panel I/O connector. Controlling inputs are available through the front panel and the user I/O port on the rear panel.
