Power Designs 5015T 50V 1.5A Regulated DC Power Supply
The Power Designs Model 5015T is a 50 Volt DC regulated power supply for laboratory or electrical bench use. It supplies 0 to 50 VDC at up to 1.5 Amps. Current limiting is adjustable at the front panel. The unit can be easily adapted for remote sensing or remote programming. This is an analog supply so there is none of the electrical noise common with newer switching supplies. Furthermore, there is no cooling fan so NO FAN NOISE either.
* Input: 105 to 125 VAC 55 to 440 Hz 130 Watts
* Output: 0-50 VDC, 0-1.5 amps
* Regulation: < 0.01% or 3 mv
* Polarity: either + or - output may be gounded. The supply can be "floated" up to 200VCD between any output terminal and ground.
I think the photos demonstrate that this Power Designs 5015T supply is in very good condition. There is no damage, old inventory stickers, adhesive residue, or names carved into the case. Furthermore, I have verified it is in good working condition. It will deliver the full 50 VDC at up to 1.5 amps. I just love these older supplies. The case is all metal, there is no fan noise, and they have linear regulation so that eliminates all the switching noise. I have two of them listed if you need a pair. Each supply includes a power cord and printed operators manual.
