This reusable baking sheet is ideal for use in home baking and cooking. It is light brown in color.

You can use in cake tins, roasting tins, grill pans, baking trays and even frying pans. Also excellent for rolling out pastry or wherever you need a non-stick, easy-clean surface.

To use, just cut the baking sheet to the right size and position directly on the baking tray or pan. After use, wipe clean or wash in warm soapy water. Store flat or rolled. Do not crease. Do not cut on the sheet!

These will last a long time with proper care. They will change color as they season. We personally have these in ALL of our half pans at our home and have had them for over a year and that is with pretty heavy use. They are great if you have teens that like to make their own food. It makes their cleanup so easy they may actually do it (no guarantees on that!).
These have PTFE in them, not silicon like silpats. We just like these better (and the price).
