These are new, never been in a car, fresh from the case. For custom installations you control them by a switch YOU provide and install - your butt gets too hot you switch them off... if it gets cold you turn them on. These install under the seats upholstry..... No I do not know how long it will take to put them in your car.... No we do not sell switches for these.... If you are not handy enough to figure out how to hook the two power wires from these into your car then you should not try to install them.
