* This item was made in Germany by Erka a medical products company founded in 1889 (still in business today)
* Includes the manual (in German) and all the parts shown, including the fantastic case
* Fantastic condition, I don't know that it was ever used. The tube-like parts are quite stiff and dried out, so they may need to be replaced. Very high quality item.
