Tool will cut but not very good. It is in good condition - no missing or cracked teeth, or gouging on outer surface. Shank is is very good condition. There are SMALL rust spots on and between the flutes from sitting in the dull box exposed to open environment but nothing a wire wheel won't remove. Our Rotabroaches have always been used with Trim Mist coolant at all times while cutting mild steel (100 SFM) and sometimes aluminum on a manual vertical mill.
