This came from a major industrial company, and is marked as being in working order, but I have no way to test it. It will come with a gurantee.
The top digits measure Rate, gallons/minute and the bottom Total, gallons, with a push button control on the left for Fwd and Rev and on the right for Run and Hold. Looks like a plug in type model. Probably replaced when updating.
