Everpure Water Filtration System
The above information is what is on the outside label of the box & is all the info we have on this. Could not find the exact part # in my research. I found similar #'s that said they were "Kleansteam II Twin System" (part # EV9797-22), but those had an extra unit on the end that this one does not. The '22' lists for $975.
This unit comes with what you see in the pics, twin head, 2 cartridges, plastic tubing & installation & operation instructions. The 3rd picture is on a bag inside the box containing an installation & operation guide.
The above mentioned guide says the following;
The Everpure water filtration system represents a total systems approach to treating water supplied te food service steamers and combi-ovens. It incorporates elements designed to remove potentially harmful particulates & chlorine from the water, all in one easy to install & use system. The new dual cartridge design provides enhanced performance for low or high flow capacity steamers with flexibility for expanding to meet future needs.
Must be 3/4" I.D. copper tubing from the outlet of the unit to your steamer.
