The mechanism to lower/raise the height is actually a welcome improvement to the Wal-Board style adjustment. These benches do the same thing and are much easier to adjust and the price is unbeatable. Would highly recommend these benches for the professional drywall installer or trim carpenter as they come in hand for crown molding, saw horses or anytime an extra bit of height can come in handy.
