These are the EPROM MEMORY board WJ part number 907342-001. All are Ziatech ZT8820B Rev E.4 boards. All have the RAM chips installed, none have the EPROMS installed. (use previous chips when swapping cards)
This card is the 4 card in the 952 gas controller cardcage, also the 18 card in the 955 temp controller cardcage, and the memory card in the 996 handler cardcage.
None of the RAM chips are the problematic MOSEL versions.
These cards are original WJ mfg. The memory card is used for data from the CPU card to dump/save software parameter values and variables on the RAM and EPROM firmware chips and communicates with the PC thru the CPU card.
-the PDF version of the card 907342-001 on optical disc and additional hard printed copy which includes BOM listing all parts on card
-the CCA PDF also has the jumperposition configuration table
-there is no alternate configurations for this card
-the FIRMWARE chips are not included. I do have these 3 sets which are avail free by request with card but cannot guarantee these with firmware chips:
