Artisan electric motor with manual clutch unit. About .65 hp on 115 volts. 1725 rpm. inludes a ball joint linkage rod. This can be used on a pottery wheel or other uses that require quick start and stop. Disengaging the clutch allows the pulley to stop until reengaged. In good condition. Tested for working motor and clutch. This has a plastic pulley shroud that will need some epoxy work and this had a broken switch inline which I removed. It runs now but probably needs to go through a switch a beginning of circuit or in the circuit. I taped the leads together so a switch can be used easily.
