Sparkfun logomatic v1.0 used only few time. This is very easy to use, just apply power and insert a regular size SD card, it will start logging any analog voltage. The data will be written in Text file, so you cna view or process by Excel or any program. The default is very good, but if you need to change the interval of logging parameters, just modify one small text config file on the SD card, and it will do what you need all day, all year long. read manual here http://www.pme1.net/convbusi/logomaticv_1_0.pdf I heard you can also update the firmware to 3rd party software, that can record serial data along with analog data, amazing! This comes with a plastic mock SD card (non-functional, but blocks out the dust and keep the pins shiny for you)
