The Adcraft Warmer is quality built for years of service. Constructed of Stainless Steel, it is durable and looks nice. Inner liner is 20 guage 18/8 stainless steel.
* Element support is steel and directs the heat toward the liner.
* Holds food products in excess of 140 degrees.
* 6 1/2" deep well can accomodate pans up to 4"
* Exterior is 29.5" x 14.5 and is 8.5" high.
* The interior is 27"x12"x6.5" high.
* Interior will hold 4 each 1/3 size pans.
