Portable Webbing Winch with 2 Set Screws/Bolts. Portable winche allows flexibility of winch placement along the trailer side frame. Breaking Strength: 16,500 lbs. Working Load Limit: 5,500 lbs. Winch also can offer flexibility in securing all types of cargo on flatbed trailers, rail cars and other vehicles. Winch is a portable design allowing to be mounted in various places along the trailers side channel and secured with 2 locking bolts. Accommodating up to 4" wide cargo webbing (not included), the Winch locks when tension is applied to the strap for a safe, secure tie-down.
