A brilliant quad-band GSM/GPRS module perfectly suited for true wireless integration into nearly any project or application...at about 5g and less than 2 square inches the possibilities are endless!
Available interfaces through the GPC include USB, SPIx2, I2C, ADC, DAC, RTC, Audio, Keypad, SIM, PCM...and another 44 GPIO thrown in for good measure! There is even an integrated NiCd/NiMh/LiIon charger and backup battery system.
The connectivity options are bewildering, yet the simple AT command set makes using the module a breeze with Arduino, ATMega, PICs-pretty much any MCU. Control via USB is also possible. All software and instructions are available in the links above. The documentation available for this module is extensive and detailed.
The GPC mates to AXK500147BN1 or AXK500147YG (100 pin, 0.5mm board to board socket). We will be carrying this item very shortly!
