- We are only accept returns in cases where product become faulty during warranty period.
- Australian orders: If the product fails within the first 14 days, please return it to Winshop for replacement. After the first 14 days, the product must be returned to the warehouse in China for repair / replacement.
- International orders: All products must be returned to warehouse in China for warranty service / replacement.
- Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up e.g. to repair or to modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
- If you experienced any problem with a product bought from Winshop, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you.
- Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
