1.Sliding out the battery cover and install 2 pieces penlight batteries (AA) size with positive terminals facing down. Close battery Cover
2.Place specimen on flat surface
3.Place microscope over specimen with the eye piece directly above the specimen
4.Switch on light. For brighter image, turn bulb rotation knob towards side to concentrate the light beam on specimen
5.Set zoom switch to the desired magnification power(60x, 80x,100x) by sliding zoom switch upwards, then look through eye piece and turn the focusing wheel to obtain the sharpest image.
