If it appears to us from the information provided that the product has been damaged in transit, We will file a claim with the courier, you will need to repack the product in the original packaging, as the courier may collect the package to examine
Replacements are issued once the Claim been through, We only refund if a replacement is not available
We will only replace items which have been damaged in Transit, we will not entertain any claims for items which have been damaged by hand
Please Note: we need to forward any damage claims to the courier within 14 days from date of dispatch, if you do not contact us within 2 days of receiving the product then any claims received after this period will be rejected.
