The Brumley Trim Gauge is the ultimate multi-purpose tool. The gauge comes in either 4 or 8 inch lengths and has numerous uses. The gauge features an adjustable sliding scale on both sides of the tool making it convenient for both right handed and left handed measurements. A locking thumb screw makes is possible to lock down the dimension that you are working with, enabling easy repetitive use. The bright & bold yellow color makes the tool easy to locate. This gauge is compact and user friendly fitting nicely into your hand when using and its design allows it to be stored easily into a tool pouch. Spirit levels are built into the bottom of the tool allowing for easy leveling of vertical and horizontal surfaces. A 3/6" reveal built into both sides of the tool and to the tools versatility and can be used to install window or door trim.
The Trim Gauge has a truly unique mirror design that allows you to read the imperial measurement on one side and the metric conversion on the other. This is an exclusive patented design that is truly useful and unique. When the Trim Gauge is locked down it will hold the same measurement on both ends regardless of whether you are using the imperial or metric measurements.
