This item is a Gates Terminator Multi-Purpose Hose intended for severe service applications. It has a 1" tube inner diameter and an 1.51" outer diameter. It is supplied as a 50 ft length.
This specialty hose is intended for use in severe service applications for air, oil and chemical solutions. The tube is constructed of Buna-N nitrile rubber, is reinforced with high tensile cord, and is enclosed in a modified Buna-N nitrile rubber tube coating. It exhibits excellent weather and ozone resistance and superior abrasion resistance. It can be used in applications up to 500 psi and temperatures between -40 and 212 deg F ( 40 to 100degC). It can be adapted for use with any fitting.
The tube for this hose is RMA (Class A) certified for high oil resistance, and is nonconductive at 1000 VDC. The tube cover is RMA (Class A) certified for high oil resistance, and is also nonconductive at 1000 VDC.
