This unusual device has 50-239 connectors on it & is a "waveguide beyond cutoff" type sliding "trombone" line variable attenuator, model L-101A, "SC7120A" (old military type?). Seems to work from UHF (300 MHz) to 3 GHz reasonably well. Range approx. -15 to -60 dB. Certainly a historical curiosity item, very good condition. w/plot.
