This is a original Adcor Power Supply Cell Set, Model PS-1204.
Included is a set of instructions and some type of wall type plug AC transformer [ not seen in photo: sorry].
Some other source on the web described this as ADCOR PS-1204 , 4 amp gel cell back-up supply/charger. Some type of power backup for alarms or other units.
Please ask any questions before you purchase.
I'll try to get a picture of that ac plug later unless you already know what it looks like.
