This is a Flowline LV10-5201 Switch-Tek Vertical Float Level Switch, new in box. It features (from the Flowline website):
* Baffle body reduces switch chatter caused by process turbulence
* PP or PVDF sensor and cable rated NEMA 6 or IP68
* 50 VA dry contact with selectable NO or NC state via float orientation
