We have tested this item and found it to be in good working condition. We were able to output an audio signal from 20 Hz up over 20 KHz. Beyond 20 KHz, we could no longer hear the signal, but we could tell it was still changing as it passed the output capacity of our speakers and the speakers started making different sounds.
