This sturdy plated-metal hook is used in butcher shops. A horizontal board is attached to the wall. The screw on this hook is removed the hook is placed at a hole in the front the board and the screw is reattached at the hole from the back of the board to screw on the hook and hold it in place. Hook is 2-1/2 deep (i.e. from wall to you).
