New Empire Steel Building. 11900 sf. 140' x 85' x 16' high at eves. The photo is similar, but the building for sale has never been constructed.
5 truck loading roll-up doors 8' x 10'.
1 larger roll-up door large enough for trucks to drive through 10' x 12'.
6 sliding glass windows 40" x 30".
4 ea 9" wide by 10' long ridge vents. Pull Chain operable.
14 long skylights. Fiberglass.

All doors and windows are fully framed. Eve trim and base trim are included.
Weather overhang for all doors is included.

This is no bare bones building. I ordered the building with all the extras and double the vents and skylights so it would be brighter inside in the winter and cool in the summer. The doors and windows for this building can be put anywhere around the outside. I planned to put loading doors down one long side, windows facing the sun on the opposite side, the larger door on a short side so full size flatbed trucks could enter and be unloaded in the rain. This has long tapered beams going from side to side to hold up the roof, and no posts in the center. This also includes an optional overhang roof to keep rain out when trucks are being unloaded at the freight doors. Designed for 20#/sf max roof load. (Not for heavy snow areas).
Additional premium features include non-rusting fasteners so there won't be streaks down the metal later, neopreme panel and beam seals to keep out the cold, and matching sculptured trim on sides and around the top.
The building comes complete with all blue-prints, structural design calculations and assembly instructions from the factory. This is everything you need to go for a construction permit. This building does not include any electrical, water or sewer systems. It does not include (nor need) a concrete slab. Total cost in March, 08 (before steel prices went up) was $68,700, plus tax.
I had a partner in purchase. He skipped without paying his half. Now I don't have the cash to put it up. I will only accept cash, cashier's checks or checks from people that don't mind waiting until the check clears.
