Up for sale is this COBRA 39 PLUS 40-Channel Emergency Car CB Radio. This item is used and appears to be in good condition. This item was tested and powers up and the channel on the LCD lit up (see photo). No further tested was done. The power supply is NOT included, it requires a 12VDC car adapter.
