Fourteen (14) Z-Axis (vertical) spindles, 32mm centers
Two (2) X-Axis horizontal spindles, 32mm centers
Four (4) Y-Axis horizontal spindles, 32mm centers
Set screw for securing 70mm bits.
Spindles are gear driven by the three-phase 3450RPM Motor. Spindles alternate from CW to CCW rotation.
All spindles have built-in solenoids and work off of a single air supply. Spindles stroke into position and are fed into the workpiece by the appropriate axis drive motor. You can actuate any combination of spindles into position via your programmable output. Spindles are released via spring return.
If needed we have the electro-magnetic actuators that fire the solenoids at extra cost.
Grease zerks included for normal and periodic maintenance.
