These are ASTM Class A in accuracy. They are borosilicate (heat resistant) glass. Each flask has a gradation ring on the neck and are individually calibrated for accuracy. They are a must for the well equipped chemistry laboratory to accurately manufacture or mix standard solutions. We also use these in our kitchen for things like oil and vinegar! For weight to volume solution preparation, these sizes assure that they will fit on a high form mechanical balance such as our 311 gm quadruple beam balance.
