Electric cable dual reel trailer - tensioner brakes

I pulled it home and it pulled great. It has an adjustable pintle hitch to tow it with. It has heavy duty safety chains, a light hookup and brake connectors.
It is very heavy duty and is ready to be used. The trailer is a 1987.
It is 17 1/2 feet long from the tip of the pintle hitch to the very back of the trailer.
The box part of the trailer is five feet wide, 12 feet long, and 3 feet tall to the top of the rails. The box has a nice drop down endgate that locks in place.
The tires are in very good condition. They are flotation tires which are nice if you have to get off the road with it. They are size 10:00-15 and have excellent tread. They have some slight weather / age cracking, but they are still very good tires. I would not be afraid to pull it anywhere on them. They are heavy duty 14 ply.
There are two jackstands on the back that will drop down if you want to use the trailer stationary. You pull a couple of pins and then pin them back at the desired height.
There is a nice big tool box on the front and it is dry inside.
The brakes are air brakes. They do not have spring parking brakes on them, so you can pull it with any truck even if you do not have the air brakes hooked up. I pulled it with a pickup, so I do not know if the brakes work or not. Every trailer I have ever bought from this company works good, they maintain them well.
The light plug is a larger style than I have on my trucks so I could not test the lights, but they look complete and in good condition.
There are heavy duty steel shafts that are used to hold the reels in place. They are in good condition. They will hold a four feet wide reel. They have bushings on each end with a lifting eye welded onto them so you can use a crane or a hydraulic digger derrick to load and unload the reels. They latch in place once you load them onto the trailer. There is a brake system for each reel shaft that allows you to apply tension to the shafts while you unroll the electric line or whatever you have on the reels. That way you can keep the wire tight and the reel with not overspool and get tangled up. There are handles you can spin to apply more or less tension to the brakes and they work great. The brake pads are in excellent condition.
There is a good heavy duty jack on the tounge that works great. This is a very heavily built trailer. The pictures don't really show how well constructed it is out of heavy wall steel and heavy plate. It is a very well designed trailer.
The only difference between the two trailers is the rear frame on the trailer shown in the photos that sticks up above the trailer frame. It pins in place and I think was used to run the cable over from the front reel. The other trailer does not have this. Other than that, the two trailers are identical and are only one serial number apart.
This trailer is in good working condition. The only thing the trailer needs is a new owner to put it back to work.. I have titles for both trailers.
